Join our Recruitment Team as a Talent Sourcing Intern and get first-hand experience in the fast-paced world of high-volume recruitment. You’ll learn how to source, screen, and engage candidates - working closely with our recruiters who specialize in hiring couriers for one of Malaysia’s leading e-commerce logistics partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist recruiters in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Learn how to conduct initial candidate screenings via calls and chats.
• Help manage interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Support in maintaining candidate databases and updating recruitment trackers.
• Work alongside experienced recruiters and gain insights into end-to-end recruitment processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Eager to learn about talent sourcing, recruitment, and the HR industry.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
