KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchant Acquisition & Account Opening
- Own and drive the outreach pipeline for pre-approved merchants via WhatsApp, email, and in-person engagement
- Convert outreach contacts into completed Seedflex consent form submissions
- Follow up persistently and professionally until consent is obtained or a clear decline is recorded
- Coordinate with Seedflex team to ensure smooth handover of consented merchants for account activation
- Track and report weekly on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline status
Event Representation & Brand Presence
- Attend partner merchant events, roadshows, and onboarding sessions as the Seedflex representative
- Set up and manage Seedflex booths or collateral at events; engage merchants directly on the PAYs Advance product
- Deliver product pitches or briefings to merchant groups when required
- Coordinate with both teams ahead of each event to ensure materials, messaging, and logistics are aligned
- Capture event leads and follow up post-event to drive consent form completions
Campaign Execution & Project Management
- Plan and execute structured outreach campaigns for each merchant cohort
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all merchant interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions
- Manage timelines, task lists, and deliverables for all partnership activation activities
- Flag blockers, escalate issues, and proactively suggest process improvements
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and present a weekly performance report to stakeholders every Monday
- Provide qualitative merchant feedback, objections, product questions, competitor mentions to help refine strategy
- Participate in monthly review meetings with Seedflex Commercial Head Malaysia
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in banking, fintech, insurance, payments, or other financial products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience dealing with SME/MSME business owners is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with both outbound sales and face-to-face merchant engagement.
- Own transportation and valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia when required.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
