SOTC Play & Development Sdn. Bhd. (Playvelope) is a dynamic special needs intervention and educational centre committed to empowering children with diverse developmental needs through personalized, evidence-based approaches. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Interventionist / Teachers to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering early intervention and individualized learning support.

Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s developmental and learning goals.
- Deliver one-on-one and small group teaching sessions for students with special needs.
- Use play-based and multi-sensory teaching strategies to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
- Track and assess students’ progress, adapting teaching plans as needed.
- Collaborate closely with therapists and caregivers to ensure a consistent support system.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
- Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and IEP documentation.
- Support life skills, behavior management, and social-emotional development.
Requirements/ Qualification:
- Education: Diploma / Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: Preferably 1–3 years of experience teaching children with special needs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to engage with children across a range of abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
