Location: Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya
Salary: RM 1,700 per month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner, addressing any inquiries professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common areas (pantry, bathroom, meeting rooms, etc.).
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.
• Manage and maintain the general office filing system.
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support company operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
• Excellent interpersonal skills; personable and attentive to visitors and clients.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
