We are looking for an organized, proactive, and reliable HR & Admin Assistant to join our team for a 3-to-6-month period. Whether you are a student looking for an internship or a job seeker wanting a short-term contract, this role offers hands-on experience in a real-world business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Basic Payroll Tracking: Collect and check team timesheets, track daily attendance, and calculate basic monthly salaries, overtime (OT), and allowances before submitting them for approval.
- Keep Things Organized: Manage physical and digital filing systems, sort incoming mail, and handle company paperwork.
- Daily Office Tasks: Answer phone calls, reply to basic emails, and greet visitors or vendors.
- Help with Paperwork: Assist the team with basic data entry, invoicing, and keeping track of office expenses.
- Team Support: Help coordinate office supplies and assist supervisors with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Comfortable working with basic numbers and calculations.
- Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (for tracking hours and data entry).
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
- Able to commute to our office in Taman Pasir Putih, Pasir Gudang.
Pay: RM500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
