Responsibilities

• Assist the Group People & Culture team in daily administrative and operational task.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training session and internal events.
• Support preparation of HR-related reports, presentations and documentation.
• Assist in employee communication and content preparation when required.
• Maintain proper filing and record management
• Perform any other duties or project assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
• Willing to be based at IOI Mall Damansara.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to work collaboratively with team members.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
