Hiring Receptionist / Customer Service for Parkhill Dental SS15.
Job scope:
Assist day to day duties in the clinic
Update and maintain client’s dental records
Take and process X-rays/pics of patients
Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
Take on any ad-hoc tasks given by management from time to time
Requirements:
Prefer able to communicate in multiple language
Able to travel is an added advantage
Must have sense of responsibility
Team player and has pleasant attitude
Any previous experience is an added advantage
