Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from various communication channels
• Assist customers with technical issues, general inquiries, and product-related questions
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently

Location: Menara TM Annexe 1, Bangsar (near to public transport)

Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift (5 working days, 2 off days)

Shift Schedule

Shift timings are subject to operational requirements:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Requirements

• SPM with at least 1 year of working experience in any field
• Fresh graduates with Diploma/Degree are welcome to apply
• Good proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia
• Average proficiency in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: up to RM2,100 (based on working experience)
• Performance Incentive (PFP) + Shift Allowance
• + Permanent Midnight Shift Allowance (subject to Operations selection)
