Job Responsibilities:

• Provide training and guidance to production operators
• Develop, assign, and track operator training plans and certifications
• Prepare and update training materials and records
• Monitor operator performance and identify skill gaps
• Support cross-training and continuous improvement activities
• Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and support teams
• Ensure compliance with SOP, safety rules, PPE, and company policies
• Support daily production operations and manpower coordination
• Perform post-training follow-up and certification verification

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing / production environment is an added advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work in rotating 12-hour shifts
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
