• Plan annual and monthly work tasks, and coordinate implementation.
• Develop technical rules, process documents, operation procedures and material standards.
• Manage process files, equipment and drawings; provide on-site guidance and training.
• Handle production abnormalities, analyze quality issues, and implement improvement measures.
• Optimize processes to reduce cost, improve quality and increase output.
• Participate in technical reviews and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, or intermediate+ title in Metallurgy, Materials or related fields
• 2+ years’ technical management experience in metallurgy industry
• Familiar with national & industry technical standards
• Master internal processes, production flows & product specs
• Strong communication, coordination & execution skills
• Good team player, proactive & sensitive to quality issues
• No physical restrictions

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
