Seri Setia Construction & Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a construction-based company currently involved in the construction of a 275kV Consumer Substation in Kulai, Johor. We are inviting suitably qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following vacancy:

POSITION: SITE ENGINEER

(Based at Project Site – Kulai, Johor)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progress is in accordance with project schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with safety requirements, approved methods, and project standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, inspections, and documentation as required.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resolving technical or site-related issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of construction methodologies and quality control measures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in construction, infrastructure, substation, or industrial projects will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Willing to be based at site in Kulai, Johor.
