We are a growing mother and baby products company looking for a reliable and hands-on Executive Assistant to support our Founder in day-to-day business operations, with a strong focus on warehouse coordination, retail support, and operational execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is highly dependable, and is comfortable handling both office and physical operational work. The position involves regular solo travel across West and East Malaysia for retail visits, exhibitions, and stock management.

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related business fields
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply
  • Able to travel independently for 4–7 days every month across Malaysia
  • Comfortable with warehouse-related work and physical operational tasks
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Own transportation is an added advantage for client and retail visits
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters with professionalism
  • Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct operational and administrative support to the Founder
  • Assist in day-to-day business operations across Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance
  • Support warehouse management, stock handling, packing coordination, and operational logistics
  • Handle Singapore operations, including weekly travel to the Singapore warehouse to process retailer orders
  • Conduct stock takes and consignment checks at retail partner locations across Singapore and Malaysia (West and East)
  • Participate in corporate exhibitions and roadshows held monthly in various states and Singapore
  • Liaise with suppliers, retailers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform general administrative duties, documentation, filing, and operational support tasks as required
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, reliability, and professionalism at all times
