• To ensure daily Racking system updating according to issue out Metal Rack and Wooden Rack record as per Delivery schedule and Daily Delivery / Collection Rack record
• To ensure daily returned racks updating to system according to Advisory Note for Delivery Rack and Daily Delivery / Collection Rack record
• Follow-up with customer on the rack for collection daily, arrange and inform driver the schedule of rack collection at site and factory
• To ensure racks which retention at customer site or factory too long shall be informed sales person in charge to assist for collection arrangement
• To prepared all the customer and Sub customer rack statement by last day of the month, print and pack this statement and send to Subang accounts department sooner before 05th on following month.
• Responsible to check the rack number loaded onto the lorry matches the rack number stated on the Delivery Order (DO)
• Responsible for the rack GPS tracker and contacting the Rack Person In Charge (PIC) if the GPS battery on the rack is dead
• Require to record the rack collection in Excel and submit it to HR department by the 26th of every month
• Responsible for printing the daily rack form
• Assist with rack collection from customer sites and prepare Delivery Order (DO) and Delivery Schedule when necessary.
• To carry out others assignment instructed by Section head / HOD from time to time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
