Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant in the Grocery section, your role is to ensure that our grocery is full displayed, well-stocked, and handled with care — while delivering friendly and knowledgeable service to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the stock arrangement.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Prior experience in retail is an advantage
- Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift moderate weights
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Replenish stock and rotate items to ensure optimal shelf life
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the department
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service goals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
