• Coordinate daily transportation arrangements and prepare all relevant delivery documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO) and Heat Treatment (HT) Letters. • Serve as the primary backup personnel for customs clearance activities at the port. • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of customs related licenses and permits. • Ensure all Service Notes and Delivery Orders are acknowledged and returned by customers upon completion of deliveries. • Monitor and ensure monthly utility related activities are carried out and completed within the timeline. • Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for non-timber materials when stock levels reach the minimum reorder point. • Manage and prepare material required by the Packing Team. • Perform daily inspections of delivery and crate assembly activities and maintain accurate records of findings. • Ensure all delivered crates meet the required quality standards and are in good condition.
