Sepenuh Masa Operation Assistant Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in DELL SECURITY SERVICES SDN BHD Seremban - Maukerja

• Planning, coordinating, controlling and supervising company operations (security control services to customers)
• Provide strategies and planning of recruiting and training of security personnel
• To assist in the management and administration of all branches
• Ensure all branches to run smoothly according to the standard operating procedure and minimize loses
• Plan, acquire and manage operational equipment for operational use.
• To ensure discipline and welfare of operational staffs are maintain accordingly including disciplinary action
• To establish and maintain good relationships and communication with customers/clients
• To assist the Finance Department in collecting monthly payments from customers
• All post must be fully covered with guards daily and to avoid credit charges
• To ensure Guard must be with in full uniform and personal protection equipment (PPE) at all their post on 24/7 basis
• To ensure patrolling officer done their patrolling on scheduled frequency without fails
• To ensure and check patrolling report (day & night) on daily basis
• Responsible in hiring staff/guard and their details should be kept in a proper filing system
• To ensure all documents as attachments for invoice is provided accordingly to clients
• To attend all complaints received from clients including schools within 24 hours
• To attend all complaints received from clients with immediate effect
• Review customer needs and requirements as well as current company information
• Develop and implement a company-wide plan to refuse products and services by collaborating with all departments for implementation
• Applying the most appropriate strategy to prioritize the quality of the best products and services
• Valid B2 and D license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
