Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and social media professionally
- Assist customers with appointment bookings and treatment consultations
- Follow up with customers regarding treatments, promotions, and feedback
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support outlet operations and administrative tasks when needed
- Coordinate with beauticians and management to ensure smooth customer experience
- Maintain proper customer records and reports
Requirements
- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or beauty industry is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
