Key Responsibilities

Tender Documentation

Prepare detailed tender and quotation submissions based on client requirements, particularly for government-related projects, while ensuring all supporting documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeline.

Supplier & Vendor Management

Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and commercial terms while maintaining strong and professional business relationships.

Cost & Budget Analysis

Conduct procurement cost analysis and ensure all tender proposals align with the company’s budgeting and financial objectives.

Tender Process Management

Coordinate and manage the full tender process, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and procedures, including e-Perolehan and government tender requirements.

Contract Administration

Manage contracts after tender awards, monitor project and vendor performance, and handle any contract amendments or related issues effectively.

Process Improvement

Continuously identify opportunities to improve procurement processes in order to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the company’s competitiveness.

Requirement & Qualifications

  • 1. Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills, good analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Basic understanding of tender/procurement processes

  • Familiarity with documentation and report preparation.

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is must.

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
