Position level : Senior Manger or Associate Director

* Must have experience working in operations role.

* To work with Global leaders to setup new business unit and product transfer, also working closely with Sr Engineering Manager & Sr Quality Manager.

Manages a discreet business unit through Production Team Leaders and Support Teams. Primary job functions include: developing capacity plans; managing financial budgets and setting aggressive department goals that support company’s current and future objectives; partnering with Logistics, Engineering, Quality, HR and Finance to optimize business performance; supporting process development endeavours; ensuring and championing department adherence to Quality regulatory and GMP requirements. This position is responsible for directing and coordinating all the manufacturing operations for the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

· Champion effective employee relations and communication within the department, while demonstrating a flexible management style, utilizing the appropriate style for the given situation.

· Commit to providing development and growth opportunities for department personnel, fostering and recognizing continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

· Develop, train and plan the manpower required to support the sales forecast and ensure compliance with G.M.P.’s.

· Plans and allocates resources to ensure optimisation of customer service targets, inventory levels, procurement delivery and costs.

· Use the tools and resources available to meet customer production needs based upon sales forecast.

· Brings together functional resources to meet production objectives.

· Develops, manages and monitors department budgets.

· Establish and set the priorities for production schedules.

· Responsible for coordinating the introduction of new products with Engineering, Quality Assurance and Logistics.

· Achieve budgeted targets with respect to product quality, departmental spending, labour efficiency and production yields.

· Manage the operation of the business unit to ensure compliance with established S.O.P’s and G.M.P guidelines.

Requirements:

· We are seeking for an experienced and strategic leader with a strong background in manufacturing operations within a multinational environment.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical discipline, or Business Administration.

· Minimum 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

· At least 10 years in a leadership role, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC).

· Experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred.

· Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage large teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.

· Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with stakeholders across operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain.

· Demonstrated capability in driving organizational performance and operational excellence.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM29,000.00 per month
