About the role

Zenxin Agri-Organic Food Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operation Accountant to join their team in Kluang, Johor. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Involve in end-to-end operations related to organic production, inventory, and distribution

• Monitor and analyze costing for organic products, including raw materials, farming, processing, and logistics

• Act as a key liaison between Finance, Operations, and IT departments to streamline processes

• Perform data analysis on production yield, cost efficiency, and supply chain performance

• Develop and manage dashboards for tracking inventory, wastage, and profitability

• Support demand forecasting, crop yield prediction, and cost optimization

• Handle data extraction, transformation, and automation operational and financial data

• Improve and integrate inventory systems specific to organic product tracking and traceability

• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency improvements

What we're looking for

• Skills (Advanced Level)

• Good knowledge of accounting, costing, and inventory management (preferably in agriculture / FMCG / organic sector)

• Good team player

• Good understanding of ERP systems and supply chain systems

• Ability to manage operational datasets (production, inventory, logistics)

• Strong collaboration skills across Finance, Operations, and IT teams

• High attention to detail, especially for compliance and audit readiness
