Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field;
Minimum 2 years of experience in general administration or office support roles;
Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures;
Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Description
Ensure proper documentation, filing, tracking, and safekeeping of company records, letters, forms, registers, and administrative documents.
Assist in preparing, formatting, and maintaining letters, memoranda, reports, forms, meeting materials, presentations, and other corporate documents.
Support coordination between departments to ensure follow-up actions, deadlines, and administrative requirements are properly tracked.
Provide administrative support to Management and other departments as and when required.
Undertake any other duties or assignments as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
