Key Responsibilities (Accounts-Focused)
Handle day-to-day accounting support, including data entry and maintenance of financial records
Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense claims
Manage petty cash and monitor daily expenses
Track accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments
Assist in bank reconciliation and monitoring of cash flow
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records for internal review
Assist in preparing and organising accounting documents for review by external accountants when required
Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO)
Draft and handle formal letters, reports, and professional email correspondence
Organize documents for tenders, grants, and project submissions
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for project-related matters
Maintain proper filing systems and document control
Support management with general office and administrative tasks
