Job Description

• Provide professional nursing care to oncology patients according to established clinical standards and procedures.

• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ health conditions and treatment progress.

• Administer medications, chemotherapy, and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately.

• Monitor patients for side effects, complications, and adverse reactions during treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing records and documentation.

• Assist doctors and healthcare teams during examinations and medical procedures.

• Educate patients and family members on treatment plans, medications, nutrition, and home care.

• Support pain management and symptom control for oncology patients.

• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective patient care.

• Respond appropriately to emergency situations and changes in patient conditions.

• Participate in continuous learning, training, and professional development activities.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional nursing ethics at all times.

  Qualifications & Requirements

• at least posses diploma in nursing.

• Post Basic Oncology Nursing certification preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience; oncology experience is an advantage.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
