Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Officer, Human Capital Management di DP Architects Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Support the full spectrum of HR daily operational activities for Singapore and Johor Bahru office;

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding;

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate personnel records, and prepare manpower reports or HR dashboards as required;

• Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and best practices;

• Work closely with the HCM Managers in Singapore and collaborate with the HCM team on cross-border HR matters;

• Participate in HR Initiatives, organisational development efforts, and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience handling a full spectrum of HR function;

• Strong proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;

• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices;

• Good command of English, with strong writing and communication skills;

• This position is based in Johor Bahru, with the ability to travel when required;

• This role is a 12-month contract position, subject to renewal. All benefits will be as same as permanent employees.
