Job Title: Account Assistant
Job Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle bookkeeping and daily financial operations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Process payroll and maintain related documentation.
Manage e-invoicing processes in compliance with LHDN MyInvois requirements.
Perform month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
Support audit processes and ensure proper financial documentation is maintained.
Monitor financial records to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Malaysian regulations.
Support healthy cash flow management and operational cost efficiency.
Handle financial transactions related to e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company websites.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and high-volume transaction environments is preferred.
Knowledge of LHDN MyInvois and Malaysian financial compliance requirements is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
