Tanggungjawab

Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing, packing, and shipment arrangement.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count, stock reconciliation, and periodic stock take activities.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Planning and Purchasing departments to prevent material shortages or excess stock.

  • Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials in compliance with warehouse procedures.

  • Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO practices to achieve zero expires inventory resulted in disposal/scrap.

  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials, including ESD-sensitive items. Chemical etc

  • Coordinate material movement to support production requirements efficiently and timely.

  • Supervise warehouse personnel and monitor daily operational performance.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S housekeeping, and company warehouse procedures.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, material variances, and operational issues.

  • Prepare warehouse, inventory, and stock movement reports for management review.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics providers on shipment and delivery arrangements.

  • Any other assignments as assigned by the company to you from time to time.

Purchasing Support

  • Support purchasing activities including issuance of Purchase Orders (PO) and delivery follow-up.

  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, shortages, and urgent material requests.

  • Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations for indirect materials, consumables, and operational items.

  • Monitor supplier delivery performance and update relevant stakeholders on material status.

  • Maintain purchasing records and ensure proper documentation filing.

  • Support supplier communication and coordination for operational requirements.

  • Assist in cost-saving initiatives and purchasing process improvement activities.

  • Any other assignments as assigned by the company to you from time to time.
