Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to company standards.
Ensure food presentation, taste, and portioning are consistently maintained.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control practices.
Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly used and maintained.
Handle food preparation efficiently during peak operation hours.
Follow company SOPs, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements for Head Chef
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and menu planning
Ability to maintain food quality and hygiene standards
Able to manage kitchen staff and daily operations
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
