Kenanga Waja Sdn Bhd is a licensed scrap metal recycling company based in Semenyih, Selangor. With over 25 years of industry experience, we specialize in the trading, processing and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals while supporting a more sustainable future. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership and develop into future leaders within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily yard operations and workforce productivity

• Coordinate manpower, logistics and material inflow/outflow

• Ensure safety, quality and operational standards are maintained

• Assist in business development, supplier relations and operational improvements

• Support management with reporting, planning and decision-making

• Participate in company marketing initiatives and help create content for our social media platforms [Optional]

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities

• Industrial, manufacturing, logistics or recycling experience is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply
