Tanggungjawab
Lead and maintain FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and Halal certifications
Manage external audits and liaise with certification bodies
Ensure timely submission of certification renewals and closure of CARs
Ensure compliance with Malaysian food regulations and export requirements
Review and maintain Food Safety Management System (FSMS) documentation
Manage customer audits and ensure audit readiness
Oversee investigation of customer complaints and corrective actions
Lead internal audits and mock recall exercises
Prepare internal audit reports and drive continuous improvement
Lead and manage QA team, including performance appraisal
Prepare and present monthly QA reports and KPIs
Manage QA department budget (OPEX & CAPEX)
Approve new raw materials and conduct supplier audits
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC within food manufacturing
Mandatory: ISO 22000 & HACCP experience
FSSC 22000 experience is an added advantage
Strong knowledge in GMP and Halal compliance
Experience handling audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance
Hands-on experience in internal auditing
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with leadership capabilities
