Full Time Account Executive Jobs, in MaxValue Management And Services Sarawak - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide junior team members on daily accounting operations.

• Review invoices, journal voucher, debit/credit notes, bank reconciliation and fixed asset registers for accuracy and completeness.

• Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statements.

• Checking and reconciliation of loan balance and customer balance.

• Prepare full set of account and submit timely monthly financial reports.

• Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and reports for management.

• Review audited financial statements, tax computations and statutory filings (e.g., Form C).

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of MBRS filings in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Review SST submission, if applicable.

• Prepare tax estimate.

• Review debtors’ aging, assess impairment and monitor write off where necessary.

• Manage banking facilities, loan documentation, and liaise on financing matters.

• Liaise with external stakeholders, including bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries on financial matters.

• Accomplish work related activities or ad hoc tasks assigned by superior as needed.

Job Related Experience & Knowledge:

• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles. 

• Able to prepare full set of account with minimum guidance.

• Knowledge of SST, tax compliance, and Malaysia e-Invoice requirements.

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
