Tanggungjawab

Store & Marketplace Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our marketplace accounts in Malaysia (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).

  • Upload, update, and maintain product listings — including images, descriptions, pricing, tags, and inventory synchronisation.

  • Ensure product accuracy and consistent brand presentation across all platforms.

Campaign & Promotions Execution

  • Plan and execute promotions, discount codes, bundles, and flash sales across marketplaces.

  • Lead campaign setup for key sales events such as 11.11, 12.12, and seasonal pushes — including promo logic, store theming, and pre-launch testing.

  • Coordinate with the design team to brief and obtain campaign banners, product visuals, and creatives on time.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, sales revenue, and abandoned cart rates.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports; translate data into actionable insights.

  • Build basic automated reports to monitor campaign outcomes and product-level performance.

UX & Merchandising

  • Support UX improvements on marketplace storefronts — banners, product categorisation, and mobile presentation.

  • Ensure visual merchandising accuracy across the store and keep product pages aligned with brand guidelines.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution.

  • Research competitors and market trends, surfacing actionable opportunities to the team.

  • Evaluate and implement marketplace tools and automation features to improve efficiency.

    Preferred (Good to Have)

    • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or marketplace analytics dashboards.

    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing — SEO, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.

    • Experience supporting double-date campaigns (11.11, 12.12) or FMCG category launches.
