Promotrac Sdn Bhd is seeking a General Clerk to support daily office operations and assist with operational tasks as required. This position is suitable for candidates who are organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in development, construction, or related industries is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, data entry, and email correspondence

 Manage and maintain documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

 Assisting with warehouse or equipment-related tasks when needed

 Coordinate basic schedules, deliveries, and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

 Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate in multiple languages

 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

 Organized, reliable, and willing to learn

 Able to work independently and as part of a team

 Ability to safely perform job-related manual task as required
