About the role
We are seeking an eager and motivated individual to join our dynamic team at Rodgers Reidy & Co. in Kuala Lumpur. This position will provide you with valuable experience in business support and administration. As a Junior Admin Executive, you will play a role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our firm.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, scanning and document management
To welcome and provide assistance to office visitors
Handling incoming calls and correspondences professionally and efficiently
Supporting the implementation of office procedures and systems to improve efficiency
Undertaking ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
