About the role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support daily sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery arrangements

  2. Coordinate with customers, sales team, warehouse, and production department

  3. Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and customer inquiries

  4. Maintain accurate sales records and documentation

  5. Prepare reports and update information in the system

  6. Provide administrative support to the sales team

  7. Handle filing and general office administration tasks

Job Requirements
  1. Diploma or equivalent qualification

  2. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience

  3. Good communication and coordination skills

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  5. Responsible, organized, and able to multitask

  6. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
