Job Description:

• Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Work closely with engineers to plan and improve production efficiency, costs, and manpower.
• Identify and troubleshoot production line issues, and provide solutions and training when needed.
• Stay updated with engineering and production advancements and share relevant knowledge with the team.
• Identify, document, and report unsafe practices in the workplace.
• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
