A2 AUTOMATION SDN BHD specializes in ELV systems and ICT network infrastructure solutions, serving clients across industrial, commercial, government, and institutional sectors. We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate site activities, and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schedules
• Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers based on assigned tasks and project requirements
• Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, including proper PPE usage and adherence to safety procedures
• Review and understand project drawings, work instructions, and specifications before commencement of work
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and identify potential issues
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, QAQC personnel, consultants, and project teams for problem-solving and work sequencing
• Prepare and submit daily site reports on work progress, manpower, site issues, and material requirements
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper usage and availability
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to standards and deadlines
• Assist in site documentation, testing, inspections, and project handover activities
• Attend site meetings, toolbox briefings, and safety discussions as required
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Project Engineer & Project Manager

Requirements

• Diploma, Certificate, or relevant qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Construction, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in ELV systems, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, or construction/site supervision is an added advantage
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications
• Basic knowledge of site safety practices and project coordination
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently
• Willing to work on-site and travel when required
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in site coordination and technical projects are encouraged to apply
