Front Office Assistant
Location : Lone Pine Hotel, Batu Ferringhi, Penang

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out and room assignments;
- Manage reservations, amendments, cancellations and no-shows via PMS;
- Respond to guest enquiries (phone, email, in-person) and provide concierge assistance;
- Process payments, deposits, folios; balance cash/shift reports;
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B to fulfil guest requests;
- Handle guest feedback/complaints professionally and escalate when required;
- Maintain lobby presentation, signage and collateral; uphold brand standards; and
- Prepare daily handover notes and basic reports.
Requirements
- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field or equivalent experience;
- 1 year Hotel Front Office or Customer Service experience preferred (fresh graduate are welcome);
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages an advantage;
- Familiar with PMS (e.g. Opera/Fidelio) or willing to learn or good in MS Office skills;
- Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills; and
- Well-groomed, punctual and able to work rotating shifts.
Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
