Full Time Purchasing Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in See Yong And Son Construction Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

1. To source, negotiate and procure building and industrial materials and other related products at the most competitive price for sites;

2. To handle / arrange for logistics / transportation and shipping of materials to site;

3. Prepare purchase order, track orders and ensure timely delivery;

4. Perform matching delivery order with purchase order;

5. Input order details (eg. Suppliers, quantities, price) into internal databases;

6. To continuously invite and procure able and competent suppliers.

7. Organized and maintain computerized records containing vendor information;

8. To keep abreast with latest material pricing;

9. To provide information to Tender Department for tendering purposes;

10. To implement and maintain the purchasing processes in line with ISO 9001:2008;

11. To prepare monthly purchases report;

12. To obtain all necessary permits from relevant authorities with regards to material storage / handling;

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
