DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


ERP & Business Systems Delivery (Primary Focus)

  • Act as the local IT lead for NetSuite implementation and rollout
  • Partner with Regional IT and implementation partners to translate global designs into local processes
  • Support testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Drive local user readiness, training, and adoption
  • Serve as primary local contact during implementation and hypercare
  • Support future ERP or major system implementations


IT Systems & Operational Support

  • Provide ongoing support for ERP and core business applications
  • Coordinate issue resolution between local users, regional IT, and vendors
  • Act as the bridge between business users and Regional IT, translating business requirements into system execution
  • Manage system enhancements and change requests
  • Maintain system documentation and basic training materials


Retail Stores & Site Setup

  • Coordinate IT readiness for new store openings in assigned markets
  • Support new office setup, relocation, or expansion activities
  • Ensure stores and offices are operationally IT-ready at launch


Vendor & Outsourced IT Coordination

  • Coordinate local IT vendors and outsourced service providers for infrastructure and technical setup, under guidance and standards defined by Regional IT
  • Monitor vendor deliverables and service quality
  • Escalate risks or issues to Regional IT proactively


Regional Alignment & Governance

  • Act as local IT representative for assigned markets
  • Work closely with Regional IT and local business stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regional IT, security, and data governance standards
  • Provide regular progress, risk, and operational updates



REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NetSuite, ERP implementation, or enterprise business systems support, preferably in a retail or multi-market environment.
  • Experience participating in at least one phase of the ERP implementation lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, and/or Retail operations.
  • Strong business systems and ERP knowledge, with NetSuite as the primary platform.
  • Able to translate business requirements into system solutions and operational execution while working closely with business users, vendors, and regional teams.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and cross-functional regional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable supporting and coordinating infrastructure-related activities through vendors, with guidance from Regional IT.
  • Hands-on, delivery-focused, and able to work independently while aligning with regional direction and standards.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable acting as the primary local IT point of contact for business users and vendors.
