Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager on the planning and implementation of property development and business development
• Must be able to liaise with all appointed consultants and authorities
• Coordinate and review the design submitted by various consultants
• Coordinate and organize for authorities’ submission for various authorities
• Must be able to liaise with site team(s) and contractor on design issues, inspection, and quality control.
• Coordinate and monitor the project implementation to ensure the project to be completed within budget and approved timeframe, with acceptable quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture/Building/C&S Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant experience of minimum 4 years in property development/ consultancy firms
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PC literate especially in MS Office and AutoCad
