Tanggungjawab
• Patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Handling billing, payment processing, and enquiries
• Assisting in basic administrative tasks (data entry, documentation, filing)
• Supporting clinic operations, including patient flow and queue management
• Managing phone and counter enquiries in a professional manner
Requirements
• Minimum A-Level / Diploma in any field
• No healthcare experience required
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Good communication skills and a positive service attitude
