Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in corporate or commercial legal matters.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate and commercial laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Ensure the Company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Handle legal documentation relating to employment, partnerships, vendors, customers, and business operations.
- Liaise with external lawyers, regulators, government authorities, and relevant parties when necessary.
- Assist in managing disputes, claims, and legal risks.
- Conduct legal research and keep the Company updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments.
- Support management on ad hoc legal and corporate matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of legal records.
