• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients (vegetables, meats, sauces) as directed by the kitchen staff.
• Dishwashing & Cleaning: Wash pots, pans, dishes, and utensils manually or using a commercial dishwasher. Ensure items are dried and stored properly.
• Station Sanitation: Clean and sanitize countertops, cutting boards, floors, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of grease and food waste.
• Inventory Support: Help unload food deliveries, check quantities, and store stock in the pantry, fridge, or freezer using the FIFO method.
