Job Summary

The Administrative Intern will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. The intern will assist with document management, data entry, meeting coordination, record keeping, and general office administration while gaining practical experience in a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Assist in daily administrative and office support activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
  • Perform data entry and ensure information accuracy.
  • Manage filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Document & Records Management

  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and trackers.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of documents according to company procedures.

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and meeting materials when required.
  • Record meeting minutes and distribute action items.

Office Operations

  • Support procurement and inventory tracking for office supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding administrative requests.
  • Assist in onboarding preparation for new employees where required.

General Support

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Support company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
