Education Level:
Diploma / Degree students or fresh graduates (Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred)
Experience:
No prior experience required. Training will be provided
Language:
Must be able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
Soft Skills (Mandatory):
• Strong communication skills
• Responsible and disciplined
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Resilient and not afraid of rejection
• Good listening skills
Nice-to-have:
• Basic understanding of sales or business development
• Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.)
Work Arrangement:
• Willing to work onsite (Office-based)
• Monday to Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm)

Tanggungjawab

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Sales & Business Development Intern to support our client acquisition efforts. You will play a direct role in generating leads, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and contributing to revenue growth.

This position is ideal for individuals who want hands-on startup exposure and are serious about building a career in sales, entrepreneurship and you will gain:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email out-reach, networking, and online research.
  • Conduct basic need analysis to understand client requirement.
  • Assist in preparing proposal material and material quality before send to client.
  • Manage follow up activities such as call back, meetings and update call to ensure consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
