Kelayakan
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Estate Management or related field.
- Basic knowledge of inspection procedures and documentation is an advantage.
- Experience with defect management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Tanggungjawab
- Carry out internal pre-inspection of completed works before consultant, authority, or client inspections
- Identify defects, incomplete works, and non-compliance issues
- Support the team in preparing inspection reports and documentation.
- Verify rectified works before calling for official inspections
- Check finishes, alignment, functionality, and workmanship quality
- Record findings accurately and maintain proper filing of records.
- Support project team during official inspections if required
- Maintain inspection records, photos, and reports.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
