Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction
Position Title: Data Center Operations Technician
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 5 days (Shift rotation)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal Allowance + Transport Allowance + PB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Perform racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware replacement.
Monitor data center environment, including temperature, humidity, and airflow.
Conduct equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
Resolve hardware and network support tickets promptly.
Maintain asset inventory, cabling records, and equipment documentation.
Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and incident resolution.
Follow security, safety, and company policies.
Support 24/7 shift rotation and on-call duties when required.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and facility support.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Degree in a computer-related field.
Strong communication skills, responsible, and able to work under pressure
