We are partnering with one of the well-established Local Banks in Singapore that provides the full range of services in consumer, SME and corporate banking activities across Asia and the Middle East. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their consumer bank.
Job Description:
-Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in a call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner
-Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
-Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
-Solicit customers’ feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
Requirements:
Good written/verbal communication skills
Call centre experience and banking experience preferred
