Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive learning experience throughout their training journey.
  • Perform Class Manager duties for assigned courses, ensuring smooth course delivery and acting as the key liaison between students, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate class schedules, trainer assignments, learner communications, and course logistics to ensure successful programme execution.
  • Handle enquiries via telephone, email, CRM systems, chat platforms, and other communication channels regarding course details, scheduling, payments, withdrawals/rescheduling, and complaints.
  • Manage learner onboarding, including registration verification, class reminders, learning platform access, account setup, and dissemination of course-related information.
  • Monitor class attendance, participation, and learner progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained and submitted on time.
  • Support trainers before, during, and after classes by preparing learner lists, training materials, attendance records, evaluation forms, and other administrative requirements.
  • Issue certificates, maintain training records, compile course evaluations, and prepare post-course reports where required.
  • Resolve student concerns and service-related issues professionally, escalating complex cases when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Manage administrative duties such as record-keeping, document control, tracking trainer hours, maintaining training calendars, and supporting compliance with internal SOPs.
  • Support student services by assisting learners with account setup, access to learning platforms, technical troubleshooting, and general learner support requests.
  • Coordinate training logistics remotely, ensuring trainers and learners have the necessary resources and information for successful programme delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams by contributing content related to student experiences, assisting with online events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing operational enhancements, supporting quality assurance efforts, and maintaining service excellence standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, student services, administrative support, virtual assistance, front desk operations, or related roles. Experience in training, education, hospitality, retail, BPO, or service industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle enquiries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships with students and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask and manage detailed administrative work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.
  • Adaptable to changing schedules and operational requirements.
  • Willing to work on weekends and rostered shifts when required.

Work Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends based on class schedules and operational requirements.
