Job Summary
You will manage stockroom operations ensuring accurate inventory control and safe handling.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies accurately to maintain stockroom organization
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues to accounting for reimbursement and record accuracy
- Coordinate freight handling, equipment movement, and perform minor repairs to support operations
- Maintain detailed receipts, records, and withdrawals to ensure proper inventory control
- Return, pack, and label supplies to support stock-related processes
- Manage documentation/report to confirm adequate stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Maintain and upkeep tools and equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Drive company lorries to deliver and collect goods according to schedule when required
- Load and unload goods safely during deliveries and collections
- Document all deliveries with proper delivery orders and sign-offs
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in English for effective communication and correspondence
- Computer literacy for recordkeeping and inventory management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
- Forklift License
- Does not require visa sponsorship
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Willingness to perform overtime when required
Working Hours / Days
- Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Saturday: 8.00am to 12.00pm
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
